Today I have decided to take a classic sandwich, like the Turkey and Cheese, and put it on one of my favorite bagels. An Everything bagel. What made this sandwich stand out was the flavors of the everything bagel that just absolutely make this turkey and cheese a new favorite. I can’t tell if it’s the garlic, the onion, the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or any of the other spices embedded into an Everything Bagel. So here it is, “The Turkey & Cheese is Everything Bagel” It’s a bit lengthy for a sandwich name but, The wonderful flavors that dance on your pallet will last much longer than the sandwich itself.

Cut the Everything bagel in half and lightly toast

Fresh oven roasted turkey, American cheese, Romaine lettuce, Everything Bagel

Butter the bottom half of the Everything bagel, it's way better than mayonaise.

I like to layer the turkey and cheese. Some turkey, some cheese, some more turkey, some more cheese

Pile on the Lettuce

I didn’t add fresh onion or tomato because it is my taste. You can add whatever you like. But I found that due to all the flavors that the Everything bagel provides is really quite amazing. I suggest you try it the way we have created it here. This way, it still leaves any of your future bagel adventures open to suggestions. Mom always said,”taste it before you salt it”. You know what I mean.
